Below is a list of the services I provide as your Buyer's Agent:

🔷 I'll share pertinent details about the seller that will work to your advantage.
🔷 Notify you about properties before they hit the market.
🔷 Preview and/or accompany you in viewing properties.
🔷 You'll be able to see potential homes as soon as possible! (Why wait until weekend open house when we can go today?)
🔷 Provide an estimate of your mortgage payment and cash to close BEFORE you submit your offer.
🔷 Help you develop your negotiating strategy when it comes to price and terms.
🔷 Get useful local knowledge and understand the local market conditions and trends.
🔷 Provide a list of qualified vendors (inspectors, attorneys, lenders, etc.) for other services you may need.
🔷 Communicate and Coordinate with all parties throughout the transaction.
🔷 Coordinate all Inspections, order title, and open escrow.
🔷 Connect you with a mortgage professional, if needed.
Commission
My commission is 2.5%. However, in most cases, the Listing Broker and Seller have already agreed to a Buyer Broker Credit that totally offsets my commission. So, in most cases, YOU PAY NOTHING to have a real estate professional advocate for what's in YOUR best interest. Any shortfall in commission is usually no more than 1/2%, which would show up on your side of the settlement statement.
