Charles Laird Jr is the Founder of The Laird Group OC, continuing to serve clients across South Orange County with the same strategic, client-first approach that built Laird Luxury Real Estate.
With over 20 years of real estate experience and licensed in both California and Michigan, Charles brings seasoned judgment to buyers and sellers in Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, and Dana Point. He understands that real estate decisions carry both financial and emotional weight, and his role is to provide clarity, strategy, and steady leadership throughout the process.
Charles began his career in 2004 and later earned his broker’s license, founding 4Houses Realty in Birmingham, Michigan in 2009. Leading his own brokerage sharpened his expertise in pricing strategy, contract structure, and negotiation—skills he now applies in Southern California’s competitive market.
